I called my business “Renovation Knows No End” (RKNE, LLC) because that’s exactly how I feel. I have always enjoyed doing renovation projects in every apartment or house I have lived in. When I was in graduate school, I managed to custom make, with a $20 Amazon sewing machine, some curtains and panels to “dress up” ugly metal bookshelves and wardrobes and make my dorm room look nicer. It did not get better with time. A few years back me and my husband bought a brand new “Parade of Homes” home, and, as beautiful as it was, I had a list of renovation projects the moment we walked in. My husband is still struggling to understand why Renovation Has No End, but he has always loved the end results of my projects and gives thumbs up to all my renovation ideas. He only asks: “How much is this going to cost us?” LOL. Most of my renovation projects are not that expensive. I actually try to decorate houses so that people don’t have to worry too much about a vase breaking or ketchup fingerprints on the furniture. Sometimes I like to add pieces that make a statement, but most of the times I try to find cost effective solutions. Also, even a simple paint color change and a few accents can entirely change the vibe of a room.
